Applications for the 2026 Credit Union Art Competition are now open!

The 2026 Credit Union Art Competition is here and this year’s theme is ‘World of Colour’.  The competition, now in its 43rd year, is one of the most prominent and longest-running competitions of its type across Ireland.

The competition has no age limits and is open for children aged seven years & under right through to 18 years & over (adult). There are two overall categories – General Category & Additional Needs Category – Age limit applying as at December 31st 2026. As we are embracing a greener and sustainable world, this year, to ensure this competition keeps up with this, we are aiming to reduce the amount of paper used. For this reason, we have developed all art material in a digital format, which is placed on our website, emailed to schools and shared on social media. These digital copies are editable, meaning there is no requirement for printing large volumes of entry forms.

The closing date for entries is Friday October 23rd.
