Now you have your pin, you will need to verify your mobile number. Please note, the first time you log in to your Online Banking, you must do so via web browser on a PC or Laptop.
Login steps
Step 1
Access our online banking platform at www.fccu.ie & go to Member Login.
Step 2
Log in using your member number, date of birth and new PIN.
Joint Account Login: If you have a joint account, the second named member must add the letter J after their member number when logging in e.g. 12345J
Step 3
Click on ‘Launch Online Banking’ & enter your PIN again.
Step 4
At the top of the screen there will be a notication to verify your mobile number. Click on this.
Step 5
Then click on the ‘Send Verification Code’ button.
Step 6
Within minutes, you will receive a code by SMS. Enter the code in the ‘Input Verification Code’ field & click verify.
Step 7
Once completed, you have full online access. You can now download the FCCU Mobile App & use it on your mobile devices.
