Our primary focus at the credit union is our members. Our purpose is to work together in order to improve the financial well-being of our members and their families.

We have come together with credit unions across Ireland to develop a research programme designed to understand and improve the membership experience. Working with Amárach Research – the leading market research organisation - we have developed a survey to gain feedback on members' experiences, needs, and expectations of their credit union.

This is the second year of the research programme, building on the valuable insights shared by members last year. If you took part previously, you may notice that some questions are similar, this help us track changes over time, measure progress, and better understand how members' experiences and expectations are evolving.

Your feedback will play an important role in shaping future services and improvements within the credit union. Whether you use the Credit Union regularly or only occasionally, your views are important to us.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It is completely anonymous. Amárach will analyse the results and report findings at an aggregated level. The insights gathered will enable us to identify what is working well, where improvements can be made, and how we can better serve members in the future.
